About the role:

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will go through a bespoke 2-year rotation programme with direct hands-on experience in Production and Quality. You will gain first-hand experience and knowledge about AME’s shopfloor operations.

With training a vital part in an employee’s development at AME International, you will learn how to identify the various parts and manufacturing processes that are involved during the production stage. You will also be given opportunities to hone your technical and analytical skills.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be assigned to a department best suited for you to further develop and hone your skills in.

Throughout the Programme, you will:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s business model, products services and processes

• Gain hands-on experience in operating our CNC machines and CMM

• Understand the various set-ups and tooling required at various stages of the manufacturing process

• Enhance your understanding of the manufacturing process using the ERP manufacturing module

• Establish relationships with colleagues, clients and key partners​​
