About the role:
As an MPE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from when orders are received to delivery made. With training being a vital part of employee’s development, you will have access to precision engineering softwares such as AutoCAD and MasterCam to practice and produce CNC programmes. We will also provide guidance on inventory systems and our integrated ERP system.
In the role, you will:
Manufacturing:

Be involved in Manufacturing Planning and Scheduling
-
Unigraphics CAD modeling and Milling program functions
-
MasterCam drafting for CNC turning program
-
AutoCAD drafting for engineering drawings
Process:
-
Analyse and generate the BOM structure to create the BOM in the ERP system

Interpret customer specifications and plan the manufacturing process flow (routing)

Perform first article review to understand customer’s requirement
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
-
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Able to think through problems in a structured manner
-
Reliable and responsible
-
Self-motivated and willing to learn

Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and programming

Basic knowledge in process improvement methodology

Familiar with AutoCAD 2D/ 3D and MasterCam will be advantageous

Knowledge/interest in oilfield components and equipment will be an advantage
