Since his first acquisition in 2006, Steven has successfully led AME through a series of bold expansions and strategic integrations—building a diversified supply chain ecosystem with strongholds in the industries of oil & gas, semiconductors, marine & offshore, aerospace, and data centre. His keen market foresight and ability to identify opportunities amid uncertainty have enabled AME to remain agile and competitive across complex global markets.

Steven is deeply committed to redefining the precision engineering landscape—by investing in digital transformation, nurturing next-generation talent, and forging strategic partnerships that elevate both AME and the wider ecosystem. KATHERINE YIP

Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Katherine Yip champions the belief that communication is not just a function—but the core of all human relations; where authentic and effective communication gels individuals to form the foundation for a strong, scalable, and sustainable organisation.

Her beginnings began in the demanding world of supply chain management within multinational corporations, where she gained deep insights into operational efficiency and cross-border collaboration. This experience laid the groundwork for her co-founding of AME International, the predecessor of what is now AME Holding. 

Under Katherine’s leadership and people-first philosophy, AME Holding has weathered multiple financial crises since 1996 to the present day—not by cutting headcount, but by investing in its people. 

Today, she continues to champion a workplace built on communication—believing that investing in people is the most sustainable strategy for growth.

ANG SIA LEONG

Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

AME Holding

Appointed as Group CFO in August 2021, Ang Sia Leong plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and long-term fiscal health of our Group. He oversees all financial functions—including financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting—ensuring the Group remains agile, resilient, and poised for sustainable growth.

A Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since 2013, Sia Leong brings over two decades of financial leadership and strategic expertise to the table. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, where he rose to Audit Manager, sharpening his technical proficiency and stakeholder management skills.

From 2009 to 2016, he expanded his impact beyond compliance—steering financial management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic financial initiatives that aligned with broader business goals. His ability to connect financial insights with operational execution became a hallmark of his leadership.

Before stepping into his current role, Sia Leong served as the Financial Controller at AT&S from 2016 to 2021, prior to its acquisition by AME Group. During this time, he was instrumental in enhancing financial operations and strengthening the company's fiscal foundation.

Sia Leong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and continues to bring clarity, discipline, and forward-thinking leadership to the Group’s financial strategy.

Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

With a career defined by resilience, Camila brings over 15 years of multi-dimensional marketing expertise to AME Group—spanning traditional media, digital innovation, and brand transformation across Asia.

An accomplished brand storyteller and strategic marketer, she has led high-impact campaigns for global giants such as VMware, Oracle, Dell Technologies, AWS, and more, delivering integrated solutions across TV, radio, print, digital, and out-of-home platforms. Whether scaling awareness for Fortune 500s or architecting digital growth strategies for SMBs and FinTech firms across Southeast Asia, Camila is known for crafting marketing ecosystems that are performance-driven, brand-aligned, and future-ready.

At AME, Camila is leading the group’s brand unification and IPO-focused marketing transformation—repositioning AME as One Engine powering precision-driven industries across marine, offshore, aerospace, semiconductor, oil & gas, and beyond.

A change-maker with deep cross-industry insight, Camila is passionate about building bold brands, elevating stakeholder trust, and turning strategic vision into measurable market impact.

DR. KALENE TAN

Group Chief Strategic Investor Engagement Officer (CSIEO)

AME Holding

Dr. Kalene Tan brings a multidisciplinary edge to strategic leadership, holding an Honours degree in biomedical science, a Master’s in cognitive psychology, and a PhD in business management.

With nearly a decade of consulting experience across sectors such as oil and gas, trading, construction, healthcare and technology in the APAC region, Dr. Tan specialises in preparing SMEs for IPO readiness. Her expertise spans fundraising, valuation optimisation, employee share option planning, and post-IPO strategies aimed at sustainable market cap growth.

She believes that investor engagement goes beyond transactions—it's about building long-term partnerships that fuel innovation and lasting value. Known for her strong communication, adaptability, and strategic foresight, Dr. Tan plays a pivotal role in shaping AME’s continued success through purposeful and proactive investor relationships.

Executive Director

Bryan Toy is a dynamic and forward-thinking executive, playing a pivotal role in steering AME International’s strategic growth and operational excellence. As Executive Director, Bryan oversees corporate strategy, quality assurance, and cross-functional leadership initiatives that support the Group’s expanding portfolio across precision engineering, marine, oil & gas, aerospace, semiconductors, and data centre solutions.

Since joining AME International in 2016, Bryan has risen steadily through key operational and business development roles. From managing quality systems to leading business strategy and market development, his hands-on approach and sharp business acumen have been instrumental in driving AME’s continued evolution.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), with a specialisation in Business, Management, Marketing, and Project Management. As part of the next-generation leadership team, he continues to drive the Group’s mission of sustainable, innovation-led growth in Singapore and beyond.

At AME International (UK) Limited, Steven spearheads the company’s operational strategy—driving manufacturing excellence, process optimisation, and strict compliance with global industry standards. His leadership is defined by a relentless focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and cultivating resilient, high-performing teams.

 

Over the course of his career, Steven has consistently delivered tangible results through process enhancements, production performance improvements, and operational alignment with broader business objectives. Today, he remains dedicated to advancing AME International’s manufacturing capabilities in the UK and beyond, ensuring the business is well-positioned for sustainable growth within an evolving global energy and engineering landscape.

A dynamic leader with deep technical foundations, Ivan’s career has spanned every level of the business. From mastering operations on the shop floor to supervising production teams, managing vendor partnerships, and driving global business development, his relentless work ethic and results-driven leadership have propelled the company to consecutive sales milestones and sustained growth. Colleagues often remark that his tireless drive rivals the output of an entire team — a quality that has defined the company’s culture of ambition and resilience.

Today, as Managing Director of TQC Precision Engineering and a stakeholder of AME Group, Ivan steers the company with a sharp focus on operational excellence and financial stewardship. He oversees key areas including budgetary management, operating costs, and financial controls that shape the company’s long-term sustainability and profitability. With over 30 years of expertise at the intersection of sales leadership and technical excellence, Ivan Koh has been a cornerstone of TQC Precision Engineering’s growth, resilience, and market relevance in the precision engineering sector. An accomplished sales strategist with a solid technical foundation, Ivan built his early reputation through local market development—forging enduring client relationships and steadily expanding the company’s presence.

When faced with pivotal business challenges, Ivan demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial spirit, boldly venturing into international markets to secure new opportunities and elevate TQC’s standing on a global stage. His adaptability and bold leadership have been instrumental in repositioning the company amidst evolving industry demands.

Today, as Sales, Marketing & Operations Director of TQC Precision Engineering and a stakeholder of AME Group, Ivan continues to drive innovation by leveraging strategic partnerships with sister companies and key industry providers. He plays a key role in developing comprehensive turnkey semiconductor solutions, bundling advanced machinery with value-added services to enhance client outcomes and open new growth channels.

Nicholas Teng is a visionary leader and seasoned sales strategist with over 17 years of experience driving growth in the oil & gas and marine sectors. Since joining ATOES (now renamed ATS) in 2004 as a Service & Maintenance Engineer, Nicholas has risen through the ranks to become Deputy Managing Director of AT&S—testament to his relentless drive, sharp business acumen, and deep industry expertise.

In his current role, Nicholas leads sales, business development, and strategic partnerships for the Oil & Gas and Marine Division. Under his leadership, the division achieved a significant revenue leap from S$13M to S$22M, even in the face of global market volatility. His forward-thinking approach has helped the company remain resilient, relevant, and profitable through evolving industry cycles.

Armed with an MBA from the University of South Australia, Nicholas blends analytical insight with on-ground experience to craft sustainable, customer-focused solutions. He is a strong believer in people-first leadership—empowering teams, inspiring innovation, and building lasting client relationships that fuel long-term success.

Nicholas continues to shape AT&S' future by championing transformation, forging new opportunities, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Amy Chan is a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of senior management experience in multinational corporations, with strong expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and revenue growth. Known for her dynamic leadership and market foresight, she has consistently driven business transformation and expansion into high-growth sectors.

Over the past 5 years, Amy successfully led the company’s strategic shift into the data centre (DC) segment, achieving a 23% CAGR and surpassing SGD 15 million in annual revenue by 2024. Her sharp market insight, agile team leadership, and commercially driven strategies have positioned her as a respected industry leader.

A certified data centre professional (CDCD) with over 15 years of infrastructure experience, Amy has played a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, financial optimisation, and board-level strategic alignment — building resilient, future-ready business ecosystems.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Huddersfield (2010) and remains a passionate advocate for operational innovation, digital infrastructure growth, and people-focused leadership.
