Our quality inspection department is fully equipped with state-of-the-art inspection equipment that provides unrivalled accuracy and engineering excellence. These include CMM machines, Optical Smart Scope, Digital height gauges, Surface roughness testing etc., complete with test data reporting services.

FINISHING PROCESSES

We provide a full suite of finishing processes integral to many precision machining requirements through our pre-qualified secondary process partners. Additionally, we can provide Certificates of Conformity (COC) as needed as a guarantee of full traceability for these finishing processes.

Industry 4.0 Initiatives

Over at TQC, we have embarked into the exploration and study into the fourth industrial revolution, taking the automation of manufacturing processes to a new level by introducing customised and flexible mass production technologies. What it means is that machines will either operate independently, or interface with humans in creating a customer-oriented production field that constantly works on maintaining itself. The machine rather becomes an independent entity that is able to collect and analyse data, and advise upon it. This becomes possible by introducing self-optimization, self-cognition, and self-customisation into the working platform. The manufacturers will be able to communicate with the machines rather than operate them.

ERP System​

With the adoption of ERP at TQC, it helps to integrate planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and any other processes that a company needs to run under a single system.

ERP application also allows different departments to communicate and share information more easily within the company. It collects information  on the activity and state of different divisions, allowing information to be available to others , where it can be used productively.
